OSCE Moldova Mission awards photo contest winners

CHISINAU, 14 December 2007 - The winners of the photo contest "Imaging Moldova - Diversity and Identity", organized by the OSCE Mission to Moldova, were announced in Chisinau today, with the first prize awarded to Iurie Foca. Foca's photo "Satencele" (Village Women) was selected by an independent jury from some 800 entries submitted by 85 photographers. Dorin Nicolaescu-Musteata received the second prize, and the third prize was divided between Egor Tetiusev and Octav Esinencu. »»

OSCE Mission to Moldova to announce photo contest winners

The winners of the photo contest "Imaging Moldova - Diversity and Identity" organized by the OSCE Mission to Moldova will be announced this Friday. An independent jury selected the winning photographs from some 800 entries submitted by 85 photographers. The chosen pictures portray life in Moldova, the country's diversity and its traditions as well as its modern developments. »»
